I would like to know if the difference is noticable between the intel i5-4430 and i5-4570, and which CPU is worth it? :)

In games that are CPU dependent the difference will only be a few FPS at best.

In games that do not care how fast the CPU is as long as it does not bottleneck the GPU, the performance will be the same.

They are about even in price to performance ratio. I'd opt for the 4570, as it's only about a $25 difference.
