Is the bandwidth provided by a 3.0Gbps interface not enough... Will I see a performance drop..... Is the performance drop insignificant. Its because I'm doing a budget build and want to concentrate on my graphic card and my processor....

not at all. the hdd can do 100MB and change / second. that's way bellow the 300mb max of the interface

The EZEX operates well below the maximum SATAII limits.
