Here is my build for my new HTPC/Gaming rig

I don't think the rig itself will have issues but my concern is that I plan on putting it inside this

Everything will fit but right now all the TV stand has for airflow is a about a 3" hole in the back for wires.

I'm probably going to cut another hole in the back where the back of my case will be.

Think I will have any problems?

Solution
It's nothing particularly high end, no multi graphics card or overclocking, that will help a lot.
The SG09 is a bit unique in that most of the case ventilation comes from the left side, so I'd be careful how you orient it (don't push it up against something on this side) but in general you should be ok.
The concern would be if the hot air coming from the top/back of the case would somehow end up being recycled into the case, but a big enough cut-out in the rear of the unit should help with this.
