Ok so here are my system specs:

PSU:coolermaster RS-460-ASSA-D3 (460 watt)

http://www.techenclave.com/community/threads/cooler-master-real-power-pro-460-rs-460-asaa-d3.65199/

You can see from there what it says onto the sticker of my psu :)(About the railways voltage and such..i dont really know much stuff)

CPU:intel core 2 duo E-8500

MOBO:GA-EP45T-UD3LR

RAM:2 gb
HDD: 500 gb 5400 rpm

P.S i currently have nvidia geforce 9500 gt and i want to upgrade to hd radeon 7750.also i think that 9500 gt needs 50 watt at full load:)

Hope i was straight and understandable cause i dont know very much from pc :)

Solution
1) uninstall nvidia drivers
2) switch the cards
3) start windows, install catalyst drivers
--- test, if everything is ok you're good to go. this is the most likely outcome btw

4) if not starting at all (no display) -> switch back to the 9500 and upgrade bios for mb
5) if unstable upgrade bios for mb
it should do just fine. if there's no instability with the 9500 then the 25extra watts should be ok. make sure to get the latest bios version before you switch to make sure there's no problems with the pci ex compatibility (read some posts of people having issues with the older mb's and newest pci ex cards).

if the 25W extra is a problem you will experience instability and it's easy to upgrade the psu after that. (although i've seen 7750 working on 300W psu-s with no issues)
