GTX 780 capable of 1440p ?

So, I am building a gaming PC and I want to know if this card is capable of running 1440p in a 27" monitor

i game at 1440p with a 7950. these new generation of video cards like the 780 and up and r9-290 and up are meant for 1440/1600p gaming. i agree if you only gaming at 1080p and have no intention of going to a higher resolution... the 780/290 are a waste. if you are going for a 780 i would only be looking at the classy, the hof, or the lightning.

I game at 1440p with a 780 and have found it works very well. I can max BF 4 and get very smooth fps, I can also max Metro LL with more than acceptable framerates. Crysis 3 will need SLI 780s if you are hoping to set it to max.
