hello i recently unpluged and took my 670 out of the case, i put it back in and hooked it up as usual and everything works right but the fan is stuck at 100% 5190rpm i tried lowering the % with msi afterburner but that didnt work.

Solution
Check out the EVGA website to see if you can find out what if any warranty the card has. I do not think a 670 is old enough to be out of warranty yet.

It does depend on your location too.
