How to correctly mount a cpu cooler

How to correctly mount a cpu cooler ? I will mount it in those 4 holes , but is it strict to put it in one exact direction , well , how to put it?
This is the processor which cooler i want to mount Intel Core i5-3470 (3.2GHz, 6MB Cache, LGA1155)

The cooler from Intel from those cpus can be mounted in any direction. Some aftermarket coolers and AMD coolers only fit certain ways.

You just want to place the cooler over the cpu and press down opposite corners to lock the first to pegs in and then the other 2.

Please ensure they go all the was though the board or they will not grip right. I would recommend installing it outside the case as it will be more easy to ensure the pegs have pushed all the way in.

u can mount the cooler in any directions....

Just follow the steps.....given in the manual.....it wil easy to setup
