Can I use nvidia geforce graphics with amd system?

Yes, there will be no problems. there is no such things as needing AMD for AMD or nvidia for Intel. it is just not real.

oh yeah, there is nothing stopping those from working cross platform as they both use the same interface (pcie) i personally have an amd 7970 gpu, with an intel i5-3570k. what you can't do sadly is combine the two different gpu brands in crossfire/sli.

Although AMD did used to have some sort of optimising software that only worked on an all AMD system, I don't know if that software is still about though.
