When building PC ,how to handle all components?

How to handle motherboard when building a Pc? What parts of it can I touch and which not ? And how to treat graphics cards, rams and processors? How careful I must be?

Don't touch the parts that plug in (gold and white areas on memory and GPU) at all, at no point should you touch them. Don't touch the socket where the CPU goes, or the bottom of the CPU. You need to be pretty careful, but gentle brush on stuff won't help anything. If it doesn't fit don't force it, make sure its lined up properly and try again. Nothing should require much force to fit in.
