(GTX 770)
MSI GTX 770 Gaming Twin Frozr

I have found some legit (Dutch, since im from holland) sites and they are offering both these (Seperately ofcourse xd) for under 300 and they also have a GTX 670 but people say that that one is outdated (Its the Asus DirectCU ii one) but yeah.

Any tips/info?

They are fairly equal, with the 770 having the slight advantage, but if you do a fair bit of video editing you will want the 280x's compute power. As long as it is a quality 280x and you have enough power the 280x can surpass the 770 when overclocked, but then an overclocked 770 will beat it.
FYI
780 is new
770=680
760=670

r9 290x is new
280x=7970
270x= 7870
They are rebrands
