Will a i5 4670k bottleneck 780 Ti in 2-way SLI?

Your processor will be fine with that set up.

It depends on what resolution you give them to play with! If 1080P yes If 5760 x 1080 it will be fine.

It's going to happen in extreme cases but theres nothing you can do about it, can't buy a faster gaming CPU than that, just overclock the shit out of it.

Yea but its not actually any better in 99.999999999999999999999% of games, I think its better in Crysis 3 and BF4 and thats about it.

It's better in any CPU intensive game that uses all 4 cores. There are lots of PC exclusive games that do this.

You just showed a bunch of graphs of console ports from 2011 or earlier. Look at the numbers on Arma 3, Total War Rome II, Metro: LL, Sleeping Dogs, MMOs, etc. More and more games are making full use of CPUs nowadays.
