After overclocking my q6600 from 2.4ghz to 2.97 ghz i noticed that PC is working faster, but games...slower. Im not sure what is a issue.
CPU 330 x9
Ram at start was working with 800mhz, now 990.
Spec:
Q6660, GeF gt 430 2x 2048 mb ram 800mhz CL6, Asus p5q Pl-am.

Solution
Well, 55C is fine. It is possible to just have an unstable clock at 4.8. You could have also reached the limit with the motherboard.

What temps are you getting in game?

Allen22, have you read the overclocking guide by chance? I ask because you overclocked your RAM as well which means you didn't "unlink" the RAM from the FSB. It's not suggested to OC RAM unless you have RAM that is rated to run at a higher clock rate. And considering the age of your system, overclockable RAM wasn't popular in Core2 days.

The thing is, you did overclock your RAM because it is linked. When OC your processor (Core2 that is), you will want to unlink the FSB (Front Side Bus) with the RAM mode. ( http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii127/freedell/IMG_0013.jpg )

If you don't, when you increase the FSB, you will also increase the RAM speed. In the image I pasted, you'll see "FSB-Memory Clock Mode" where it says "Unlinked." The wording may change a little depending on the motherboard manufacture. Once you unlink the RAM, more options will pop up. This is where you can specify the speed of the FSB and RAM. Make sure that you don't increase the frequency of the RAM beyond it's rated operating frequency, which is most likely 800 because they don't make 990 Mhz RAM.

Now as for you other issues, what are the temps for your processor while in game? If you don't have a monitoring tool, I like RealTemp.

At stress 55 C. Anyway i dont think my motherboard have option like this, checked few times. I can only change voltage and i have 4 options at speed (for example for 2.4 1.auto 2. 667mhz 3. 800mhz 4. 1067mhz. where auto is 800)
