I want to know I it's good for games like ac4 bf4 bo2 on medium to high graphics and my processor is ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

My CPU is a AMD FX-6300 vishera 3.5 ghz(4.1 ghz turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX

It will give you a good experience, not the maximum but very nice.

For the BEST experience, learn how to properly tweak the quality settings to achieve your desired frame rate goal of:

a) 60FPS VSYNC'd (doesn't drop below 60FPS)
b) 40FPS VSYNC OFF (you'll get screen tearing though)

There are pros and cons to both (screen tearing with VSYNC OFF is the key point). If you have a 50FPS option I advise you to use that in a game as you can increase the quality slightly to achieve your desired goal.

Here's how I do it:
1. Start game and FRAPS
2. Game with VSYNC OFF
3. Tweak shadows, AA etc to achieve just over 60FPS 90% of the time.
4. turn VSYNC ON again (repeat as needed for more demanding areas).
