Power on but no display,no beeps+ strange repetive hum with a click

Hmm. I'm sorta stumped by this one. It's possible that the noise is just caused by a broken cd drive and not getting anything displayed is a completely different issue. What I would recommend is double check your build, make sure everything is properly and securely plugged in. Then test the monitor with a different computer.

Also are you using integrated. Graphics or do you have a designated graphics card?

Yeah, i'm really not sure, sorry. It would probably be best if you went to your local computer store and got it checked out by a professional who could get a hands on look at it.
