Msi GTX 770 on Pre-Built motherboard

Hello everybody, first of all I would like to thank you for taking time reading my topic.

Here's my situation, I bought a prebuilt PC 1 year ago with those components :

--> Medion Akoya

i5 3350p 3.10ghz
GTX 650 1go
450watt Power Supply
4Go RAM (I replaced them with 8Go ram corsair now, works fine)
Mobo : MS-7797 (I looked all over the internet and didn't found that much information about it)

My question is, Can I put a GTX 770 on the motherboard, knowing that this motherboard support PCI-Express 3.0 x16 ? and Also if it does i'm planning to get a minimum 600watt Psu.

The system should have the B75 chipset MB, so you are fine use the gtx770, but open the case to measure the space for the GPU, just double check! And you do need the new good brand PSU at least 550-600W with 42A on the +12V rail, also 1X6pin + 1X8pin pice power connector.

Thank you for the answer you comfort me a little bit but, even if my pc was prebuilt with windows 8 on it, I still can change the gpu without any issues ? and yes of course I checked for the space in the case, it will fit, thank you again.
Also yes I ran CPUZid and my motherboard is Ivy Bridge : P75/B75, bios from 2012

You should be fine to run it, make sure you get a reliable brand PSU though.

Thank you but this PSU is 40a on 12v rail I think, or i'm mistaken (I'm going to get a Msi GTX 770 Twin Frozr with it)

It should be 46A on the +12V, go to corsair website, go to downloads, click the "PSU spec. table", http://www.corsair.com/us/power-supply-units/cx-series-psu/cx600-80-plusr-bronze-certified-power-supply.html you can see that. The CX series is the budget PSU, if you want you can get the GS600. Here is the review.
