Average fps for BF4 seige of shanghai gtx 780

While playing siege of shanghai on ultra 1080p with a gtx 780, I was getting 65-70 fps. Is this normal? Because I saw in a lot of different places that the average fps (not siege of shanghai specifically) was 75-80 fps. Is something wrong with my pc or something?

Other specs:
i7-4770k
8gb ram

from where are you comparing your performance, (against what)?
Because theres a ton of different configurations where you can have an improvement of FPS with another peripherals than CPU and RAM alone.
