GTX 650 vs. hd 7850

I am building a new PC. I am on a budget. I plan to do gaming.Which card should I get the gtx 650 or the gtx 7850. They are priced the same. I plan to play mine craft. which card should I get.

The 7850 is much more powerful, however it also takes more power. It can also be overclocked. If they are the same price I would be wary of the brand. XFX double dissipation is known for being horrible.

As icraft says the 7850 is the better GPU. I would recommend Sapphire or Asus cards for their cooling.

I personally prefer HIS and ASUS. ASUS makes the DCII that is widely considered the best of the best in open air cooling, but their RMAs take forever. HIS is not quite as cool, but all the HIS cards I own are silent. I have no experience with the RMA, but I suspect they are reasonably long too, as they are Hong Kong based. (I think.)
