Cooling for OC'ing

So here's my build that I'm going to purchase soon enough and I want to find out about cooling since I never really researched about that. I would be very glad if someone would be able to assist me with this.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K
GPU: 2GB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC
Motherboard: ASRock Z87M Extreme4 mATX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Blue 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9
1.5V
Data Storage: SSD Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB and Seagate Barracuda 3.5'' 1TB 7200RPM
PSU: Corsair CX 500W
Case: ZALMAN Z11 PLUS MID TOWER USB3.0 WINDOW
Cooling: ?

Initially in my original build the CPU was Intel Core i7-4770K but through my research I've discovered that Haswell Bridge results in higher temperatures when overclocking so I'm wondering what kind of cooling would the 4770k require or is it better to go with 3770k in regards to overclocking (less problems with temperatures since it's Ivy Bridge)? If so, then what cooling would I need? I heard that the Corsair H100i is very favorable. Is H100i alone enough or do I need something else as well? By the way, I've never OC'ed a processor before so keep that in my mind, please.

Regarding the motherboard: If I do go with 3770k then I think instead of ASRock Z87M I would go with Z77M model because of the socket difference. Am I right on this?

Also, on the side note: I did input what kind of cooling I would buy in my build and here it is (I'm probably gonna get laughed at for this):

Corsair Fan Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition 120mm 23dBA Twin pa
ck
Cooler Master cooler Hyper TX3 EVO 1366/1156/1155/775/FM1/
AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2

Thank you for your attention.

The Corsair H100i is a really good cpu cooler, but the NZXT Kraken X60 is better. It's bigger, so more surface area which means more cooling. I think off the top of my head that it has 14% more surface area over the H100i. And like rvilkman said, you need to change the motherboard.

Unfortunately, the place I'm buying all the parts from doesn't have the NZXT Kraken X60 but it does have the H100i. I'm just more concerned if that alone is enough as cooling for the whole rig.

Plus the H100i is significantly cheaper from the store that I'm buying from. Thanks for the clarification.
