As you've picked out an AMD AM3+ motherboard i will recommend the AMD FX8320 CPU overclocked with an after market cooler.
Can i just point out to you that the ASUS® M5A97 LE R2.0 has no heatsink on the northbridge. I do not advise this motherboard for powerful processors.
The non LE version of the same motherboard has heatsinks on the northbridge and will be better for overclocking. The northbridge can get pretty hot without heatsinks:)
