Is my motherboard or cpu messed up or is my power source not enough?

So I just recently got the Intel core i7-3770k and I have a AMD Radeon HD 7870. I have been using a Intel core i3-2120. The day I got the new cpu it was fine but after installing some updates using a lenovo updater it started acting weird. Even on the i3 i coule hit 40-43 fps on BF4 max settings and now its like 20. Should I unisntall the drivers for each cpu and reinstall and see if that helps. Or if these are signs of something else please tell me. Thanks guys and sorry this is so long.

I also have a lenovo motherboard with 6gb RAM and a 600 watt power supply.
Edit: Could it be a driver for the GPU as well maybe?

Solution
If the new drivers don't work I'd try rolling the system back to the day before any updates perhaps they are slowing you down.

For motherboards ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI are top tier manufacturers.
First problem, you were using an OEM updater.....

Uninstall any graphics drivers you have on, download new ones from the AMD site, restart and install the ones you just downloaded, low FPS is going to be either bad drivers or something being stupid and updating in the background, with an OEM machine and an OEM updater it could be both.

Yeah I found that out a couple days ago. Pissed me off, god damn OEM shit. I'm gonna get a new motherboard before Christmas, probably and ASUS or Saphire with 8gb RAM and all that good stuff. But yeah my first suspicion was the drivers and stuff. Ill try that out and get back to yah. Should I unisntall and cpu drivers and reinstall from Intel? Thanks for the help bro.
