What cable do I use to connect my Vizio smart TV to my computer?

I have a Vizio smart TV. How do I connect my laptop to the TV? What Cable would I use?

It depends on what is available on both the TV and your laptop. Compare the two, and use the best ports the two have in common.

Visio has a USB port. I'm going to try to use a SB cable to connect the PC to the TV and see how that works. A USB flash drive works.

You are sure it doesn't have a HDMI port usually the smart TVs have at least 3 of them? The laptop on the other hand may not have HDMI out.
