Solution
I'd probably go for a better cooler like Nuclear suggested, you won' t notice a huge difference if you went with 1866 ram so the 1600 is fine, cooler master isn't know for the best PSUs, i'd look for corsair, evga, seasonic, xfx, rosewill green series, or antec HGC.
