Hi there, first time posting but your forums have helped me with a ton of problems I had.

So I just bought an Nvidia GTX 660 graphic card (huge upgrade for me from GTS 250), I want to upgrade my CPU next and I need your help with that. I'm a gamer so performance and FPS is important to me at a reasonable price, if that helps narrow things down.

I have an Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8400 at the moment (it's pretty old and outdated I think). Looking for a worthwhile upgrade with a price range 100-200 € .

Intel® Core™ i5-3350P Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.30 GHz) was the first that caught my eye, but maybe you can help me make a smart decision.

Thank you in advance for your time

Uroš

Forgot to add my motherboard model: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3499#ov Are the CPU's below compatible? I heard it's really important to know before buying.

I heard motherboard isn't that important, but if I'm wrong do convince me how, isn't alright it as long as the components fit?

EDIT: yea thanks for correcting me, I see now how motherboard is very important.
