PSU for Asus GTX 660 ti

Hi guys im slowly upgrading my pc, and im gonna buy the asus gtx 660 ti.. Just wanna ask whats the best choice on this two psu,

1. Antec 750W HCG PSU 80+ Bronze

2. Corsair vs650

Yeah thats what i read about the comments.. Right now that two psu is the only available on the shop near me.. So let me clarify.. should i go for Antec coz its better? Or go for corsair vs650 coz its enough to power the gpu? Both price range

Right now here are my specs

Mobo: ecs p43g (upgrading to asrock h77 pro)
Cpu: core2duo e8400 3.0 ghz (upgrading to core i5)
Ram: 2x2 Kingston ddr2 (upgrading to corsair vengeance 4x4 1600)
GPU: Asus gtx 660 ti
HDD: seagate barracuda 500gb
PSU: 700w generic (upgrading)
