new pc built but no video on the screen

hi.for the past five hours i'm trying to boot my new pc but nothing is happening.i checked all the tips one the list here it tom's harware about this problem but nothing worked.i changed multiple times the ram's,i changed the cpu's position,i unsrewed the motheboard and nothing.i'm going innsane here.i don't even hear the beep whaen i activeta the pc/everything else is working,the fans.the hard drive,the gpu,everything has power.please help me

i pluged it in the first time.my gpu is asus nvidia gtx 650 ti 2gb.after watching many video on youtube about the issu,i'm thinking about unplugging everything from the case and connecting only the mobo with the psu and the case's cables.do you suggest something else?

gpu.the motheroboard does not have a compatible port as far as i know.fyi its the asrock 990fx extreme3

just making sure, yea you should find whats causing your problem, remove everything that isn't completely needed like the graphics card and see if you hear a beep code, how many 6 pin pcie connectors does the 650 need? just one? maybe try different a different pcie connector if you have more than one on your psu? how many sticks of ram do you have? if you have more than one you can try using one at a time to see if you have a faulty stick or maybe even a bad ram slot

the 650 has one 6 pin pcie.i have placed the card on the slot that is reccomened by the motherboard.maeby i change it and see if something happens.as for the ram.i have 2 sticks.i tried alla the possible ways that i could so the ram is not the issue
