Safe tempts for 4930k overclocking?

Hi, i want to know safe temps for 4930k overclocking before I do it.

I recommend 85-90C max. at 100% load.

Anything above that would do damage to the cpu correct?

It won't go much above that, it will start throttling itself somewhere north of 90 C, and keep doing that until it turns itself off somewhere between 100&105C
