I do not care so much about over clocking, I'm more concerned with reliability and value. I have looked at both these boards and it seems the main difference is the 4 has 16 vrms and a heat pipe, plus its red. I can get the UD4H for $20 more than the 3, but is it a waste if I do not plan to seriously OC.
