So I've been hearing this odd buzzing noise (sounds electrical) for a bit of time now after doing my pc build, and I'm almost certain it's the psu now. it only seems to happen when the system is under load. is there any way to be sure it's the psu, and if it is, is it something I should replace?

System Specs:
i5 4670k
gigabyte z87 ud3h
EVGA GTX 780 FTW ACX
Corsair hx750

does it sound like vibrations? or the fan a loose bearing in the fan motor or something. does it fix it if you pick the PC up off the surface its on? or like tilting it any way make it better, even for a sec?

no, I don't think so.. it only becomes noticeable when I'm playing some games, like crysis on full settings. it does seem to stop after v-sync has been enabled though.
