Hello,

So a couple of weeks ago my computer has been becoming non responsive. It starts by getting laggy then both my screens go black and the hardrive starts running really loud like i have never heard before. Now this only seems to happen when i game, not demanding games, just WoW and LoL..so i figured it might be a graphical problem... but it seems when my moniters turn off my keyboard and mouse lights turn off aswell, as if all external inputs are shutting off, all sound also shuts off.

Please help.

Are you positive that it's the harddrive getting loud and not fans on other components on your PC (i.e. CPU fan, GPU fan)? During most games, the HDD isn't accessed all that much at all. This sounds more like something concerning your CPU or GPU. What're your temps for those components? You can check with MSI Afterburner for your GPU temps while in game and your CPU temps in the background with Hardware Monitor. However, if you're 100% sure that it's your HDD making that noise then backup your important files right this instant because your HDD may be on the verge of failing.

Sorry misworded, i mean't the computer as a whole makes a loud noise, yes i'm sure its the fans that do it. And GPU sits at around 55-65 degrees.

List all of your components, and are those temperatures idle or in game? Also, like I said check your temps for your CPU as well.

GPU: Geforce GTX 660 .. Temps 50-65 Degrees while gaming.
CPU: i7-3770, 3.40GHz .. Temps 50-55 Degrees while gaming.

Not sure what else you want me to list, sorry not the best tech head.
