Leeb, how the hell are you getting 4.4GHz on less that stock voltages? And yes, you can do this, the H100i is a great cooler.
TBH I have found that the 3570K's overclock amazing at lower than stock voltages. My 3570K runs at 4.4GHz at 1.17V at 65C max load with a Hyper 212 EVO. I guess we just got lucky in the silicon lottery
the h100i will handle it no problem... if you dont already have your cpu i would find a binned high overclocker for $20-50 more than msrp if you plan on watercooling.
lol i run 4.8ghz @ 1.385v on a 2500k with air so to me all ivy bridge voltages seem low... but sandy bridge doesnt have heat problems and their binning is very average and consistent.
