My Windows 8 is just messed up. I've had it since December 24th of last year, so let me list the glitches this little piece of junk has developed over the time:

Whenever I try to type something on a one-lined piece, (example: a password area or a title area with one line) the typing line jumps back to the beginning. Example: I'm trying to type "Example", but it comes out as "eplamEx" because the typing line jumps back.

Another glitch is where the page automatically scrolls up, it won't scroll down. This gets annoying while trying to read a PDF.

The last glitch is that it won't let me open up that grey toolbar on the right side of my screen. When it opens, it closes right away.

I can't stand ANY of this! I've tried resetting my computer to factory settings, which I've done about three times, and it still persists on being an annoying pest, this glitch! I'm only fourteen, so naturally I'm dumbstruck when it comes to this topic. Any advice?

Solution
This really does not sound like a windows issue at all. This is a hardware issue. My guess is it sounds like the page up button is faulty. Page up causes the cursor to go to the beginning as well as of course scrolling up. Any key press may stop the charms bar but I'm not on my w8 pc to confirm it right now.
