access local gateway over internet

hi,
i have private network consist few computers and servers .we have local portals or software that can be access using local gateway.can we access these portals or software over internet.can we make local gateway accessible over internet.

Sure, just setup VPN access to your network and you'll be able to securely access your internal network resources.

i wud like to explain u in detail wt m looking for
in my office we have setup a private network .we are using some software like erp and other through local gateway.like my pcs ip range 10.65.129.1 ti 10.65.129.120
local gateway 10.65.128.1
this is all private limited to my officeonly.
is there any way that i cud access my local gateways or software by just siiting at home or from anywer .
over internet obviously.
now eveln to apply for leave i have to go to office andusing local portal i have to apply for leave.i want to avoid dis.
plz suggest somethng

Yes, if you setup a VPN connection to the office, you can get to your office computers.
As to exactly HOW you would setup the VPN to the office depends on what equipment you have available and how secure you want things. You'd probably want to have a local consultant set things up as you'll probably need some additional hardware, or at least a business class router that offers a VPN setup.
