I am running my Geforce GTX 660ti right now with a 500w PSU, but I fear the PSU is beginning to die, I have a newer, 430W PSU that i'd like to install in it's place. However, when I purchased the card on Newegg, there was a requirement saying it needed a 450w PSU. I don't have anything else in my computer that is overly power demanding. Will installing this lower PSU damage my graphics card in any way?

The PSU i'm using is a 500w Cooler Master, The one i'd like to put in is a 430w rosewill with 500w peak

I ran a power estimator, It said with my hardware I should only be using about 320W, Does this matter?
