I have an i5 4670k (which I plan to overclock) and my case i am getting is a Thermaltake Chaser MK-1. What is the best performing air cooler for $100 or under?

Solution
anything from Noctua is great for its own level of needs, you asked for the best, the best is NH-D14 if OC is a primary need.
i have the nh-u12s (same as nh-u12p, but with one fan only) coz OC for me is secondary and gaming is primary (since i want to preserve the top fan holes for GPU water cooling heatsink).
so that depends on your needs.

Yeah gaming will be my main thing with this computer and I will still overclock. But I'm sure that this will do the job. Thanks for confirming that this will do. Lol

You may want to remove the heat spreader of your CPU and replace the thermal grease below it with something decent. Otherwise this will become the bottleneck of your overclocking, no matter how great a heat sink you install on top.
