I am going to play low end games... League of legends, star craft, tf2, guild wars... I dont care how it looks but I want to have good fps and smooth multi tasking. I want to run pandora and skype together while not suffering a drastic drop in fps

You can easily play the previous generation games on medium settings 720p with that build. I use an A8 myself. For best results, you may want to switch to an MSI mobo and modify the memory allocation of the GPU to 2 GB in the BIOS. Also, you may want to get a 500W PSU so you can easily expand in the future.
