Onboard graphic card is working fine at ECS motherboard RC410-M. Facing problem in PCI-E slot to run new graphic card of GeForce210. Please confirm is that card is compatible with motherboard RC410-M. GeForce has replied that if PCI-E card is there than it should work and consult with motherboard manufacturer ECS.

Solution
The MB is the LGA775 with at least pcie1.0 x16 slot, and the GeForce210 is the pcie2.0X16 GPU, the pcie2.0 will backward compatible with pcie1.0X16.

GeForce 210 is not working at all with motherboard RC410-M. PC freez at start screen after installing this new graphic card GeForce210. The same PC is working fine with on-board graphic after reming the GeForce210. I have replaced the PSU from 250W to 450W. Updated BIOS to Ver 3.24. My Compaq/HP PC Model No is SR1732IL. Pentium4 524(P)HT, 3.06 GHz, 533 MHz Socket 775, RAM-1 GB DDR2. Please suggest what settings required to change !!!!!

1) The GeForce 210 requires the minimum system power = 300W. http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-210/specifications so it is good news you change the PSU, because I don't know it is the HP/Compaq PC.
2) you may need go to the BIOS to disable the onboard ATI integrated graphics, also uninstall the video card driver before disable the video card.
3) reboot the PC, you need go to BIOS again, select pcieX16 video card for the primary video card, or auto, check the manual. Then you should be able to use the GeForce 210.

Checked as per suggestions but couldn't succeed. There is no option at BIOS setup to disable on-board graphic card however un-installed from Windows XP, BIOS available options is to select anyone 1.On-board 2. PCI 3. PCI-E. However tested on-board display is still working when BIOS options selected for PCI or PCI-E. It has observed that when GeForce210 card is put in the PCI-E slot, PC stopped to boot and screen freezed at start up showing "Compaq" even from on-board port display. Seems BIOS is not recognizing new card and freez at startup screen from both display options on-board and / or PCI-E.
Tested the GeForce card at another PC with motherboard ECS 945 found it is working fine without making any changes in settings/configurations at BIOS or Win XP !!!!!
Some one has informed that this motherboard not supports GeForce210 and I need to replace the MB. Please suggest and re-confirm about the compatibility of cards. Or I may be not able to disable the on-board settings at BIOS. Can you suggest how to disable from BIOS.

I have already checked with BIOS option 3 by selected PCI-E but not worked. BIOS has already updated from HP website (latest driver V3.24). Can you suggest any newer BIOS version for ECS RC410-M ?

If GeForce210 is compatible with this MB than must be problem with BIOS or faulty slot of PCI-E. Any method to check this slot ?

Please suggest Web link for Latest BIOS of ECS RC410-M, At ECS website nearest showing only RC410-M2 and same tried to update BIOS (Flash) but giving Error "ROM ID Error".

You can't use the BIOS in ECS website, you have to use the HP website, I think you already have the BIOS ( V3.24), because the MB is old and HP don't support anymore. Sorry, all you can do that try to use other GPU if you have one to test the picex16 slot works or not.
