Switch is working but it's ip address inaccessible

In my LAN network I have found 2 switches with inaccessible ip address. Every pc gets internet so switches are working, but when I do a network scan I cannot find theirs static ip address and of course I'm not able to reach setup page.
- I tried to ping them, but I have got inaccessible answer.
- I tried to restart them, didn't helped.
- I tried to restart dhcp server, didn't helped.

What's happening? How can I get back my switches control?

Unmanaged switches are not assigned IP addresses, are they managed switches? APs get addresses though.

Yes they are managed switches. I have seen ip addresses so far, but now ip addresses are disappeared.

Any chance that they somehow got the same IP address?

Do they (or one of them) show up in your static table?

I can't see them and I don't think they get somehow same ip. I suspect somebody is hacking my network.

I would start with some network mapping software and a close look at any routers with an Internet connection and insure that firewalls are functional. If feasible disable all wireless, or at least change all security.

I finally find one switch. It was in another subnet because it is returned to its factory default ip address. But i cannot manage it because it restarts in every 10th seconds. Thank You RealBeast I'll check firewalls and change passwords!

I'm happy to hear that you found the problem, and yes definitely change your passwords on a regular (like every three month) basis to enhance security.
