Its fine if i got Radeon HD 7870 XT fan speed 100% when i mine bitcoins?

Temperature is 70c when 100%

Would it make Radeon HD 7870 XT life shorter or?

Yes, it will shorten the life of your card. How much is hard to predict but you probably don't care if you're actually making money AFTER calculating the electricity cost of the computer and any air conditioning if used.
