Hello community,
I'm planning to upgrade to GTX 770 or 760 from 9500GT.
My system - i5 2320, Intel DH61WW with 4GB of 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM and a LG 900p (1600x900) 60hz monitor.

I know it's pretty low end system but I'll upgrade it next year to a Z78 system with a 3/4 pcie slot mobo But for now only the Gcard.

I can't change card every year that's why I'm choosing a high end. I want my card to give me company for at least 3 years. After that I can add another one in the system for better performance and I don't have any plan to upgrade to a 1080p in the near future.

But i'm totally confused between 760 and 770 . is there any huge performance between these two? Keeping the long run in mind is 770 worth the extra $?

And yes I want to play Crysis 3, BF4, COD Ghost, NFS Rivals, AC4 and upcoming new games.

Kaijer,
He said he's upgrading his system so your advice isn't ideal. (An i5-4670K is my advice unless a new CPU comes out.)

Yes. The 770 is definitely worth it.

My top choice is THIS one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127742

It also comes with three free games (see links) but redeem the codes ASAP (expiry Jan 31st 2014 but limited number). The 760 has TWO games which further limit the value.

I have the GTX680 from Asus that's basically the same as this card for performance. Every game you mention will run ALMOST at the best settings with a good CPU though you will have to tweak slightly (especially Crysis 3) to maintain 60FPS (or 50FPS if an option).

I can't predict how much your current CPU will...

Go with the 760. For a 60hz 900p a 770 will a little overkill. And with the 760 you can play any games easily for 2-3 years with decent FPS. And your system can handle a 760 or a 770. And in Crysis 3 you'll see 5-10 FPS difference between these two. Go with 760 and save some money.. You really don't need a 770

I can't predict how much your current CPU will bottleneck things and that will also vary between games. Regardless, you'll still want to TWEAK each game to maintain 60FPS (or 50FPS). I always start with VSYNC OFF and FRAPS ON then adjust AA, Shadows etc as needed to keep above 60FPS at least 90% of the time. Then I turn VSYNC ON and FRAPS OFF.

So yes, definitely worth the money, at least in my opinion. Add in the extra free game, then compare the DIFFERENCE in cost as a percentage of the cost of your entire new build and it's not that much money really.

The 770 with a good CPU like the i5-4670K can get as high as 25% more than a comparable 760: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-760-review-gk104,3542-14.html

Okk 770 then.. I'll upgrade the cpu next year cause with the cpu I have to change the mobo too.. And for now I don't have that amount of money. What about the ram? Is there any need to upgrade it right now or it can be use for a year?

No need to upgrade now RAM doesn't effect gaming as much as GPU and CPU. But in the next few months upgrade it to 8GB, its enough for gaming in the next couple of years and games requirements is getting higher on ram.
