I currently have this PSU http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-cm-350-plus-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5zseyzua6?pid=PSUD5XZ4ZYUBRN6T&ref=6db4bc9c-0f54-488b-bd05-ba787cb9a8bf
I have been facing random shutdowns like the power plug has been pulled out and i suspect its my PSU so i want to buy another PSU which will be better and i want to buy this one http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs450-450-watt-psu/p/itmdbfa3kaffmum3?pid=PSUDBF9ZBHSJVGJ8&ref=ee468719-abca-445e-bfcf-b1d341d1d0fc
So is this a good choice as i cannot buy a more expensive one than this.

I recommend the Antec VP450 instead. http://www.flipkart.com/antec-vp450p-450-watts-psu/p/itmda3ncpuga3hpu?pid=PSUDA3NCT4Z4SKKR&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=vp450&ref=183678b6-f8f9-46ab-ba0a-84ae0d859221

I did a lot of research. Here's a review: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Antec-VP450-Power-Supply-Review/1487/11

My issue with the Corsair VS450 is here: http://hardwareinsights.com/wp/corsair-vs450-review/3/

"Some of the secondary side capacitors are made by Aishi, but most are from CapXon – a brand renowned for poor quality capacitors. Even in an entry level product, it surprises me that Corsair would be brave enough to use them, as I have had to fix plenty of devices with failed CapXon capacitors which weren’t very old. Even Teapo and OST capacitors are generally considered to be more reliable than CapXon."
