do a rt-click on those entries which have a yellow mark on them, do a restart and then try to install the driver from the support site(support.dell.com), you would mostly need chipset drivers and lan driver, so put in the sevice tag of the machine and then choose the option "drivers" and then make sure you select the radio button that says "find all drivers" and also in the drop down box of the operating system field , choose the OS that you have and then download the drivers

my bad,, small typing error, when you do a right click on the entry which has a yellow mark on it, you will get a pop up menu , out of which choose the option "uninstall" , when you click on it, you will get another pop up , asking for your confirmation if you want to uninstall the driver, say "yes" and if in case you also get a check box along with a text saying "delete the driver software for this device " , keep that box checked as well and then click on "ok" or yes" and after that restart the computer

Hey no issues...
so since the previous steps dint work, try doing a right click on the driver and then choose the option that has the term "update"...if the update happens successfully well and good else download a copy of chipset drivers from the support site first and then uninstall the existing chipset drivers in the control panel->programs and features
after the uninstallation is complete, now open up then run window by pressing the key combination (windows + r), a small run window will open up and type %temp% and press enter, this shud open up the temporary cache folder, delete the entire contents of this folder and also go to the c:\programsfiles(x86)\ and then delete the folder of that chipset ddriver (for ex: u may find a folder name as Intel ), just check before u delete it and then restart the computer and open up device manager , u will find too many entries with many yelow marks... When u see this do not panic, now go ahead and install the chipset drivers that u downloaded...
and also pls help me with your system service tag..so that I can fetch u the link for correct set of drivers
