What components inside a computer could produce this noice?

Everything else in the clip is background noise from the the room.

The computer is about 2 weeks old. And i've had this noise a few times, but there is no way to provoke it, so just got lucky when recording.

I don't have any special hardware installed, only basic, motherboard, psu, cpu, ram, gfx & ssd/hdd.

This is what it looked like at that time, for those wanting to see it.

Just to be clear, this is a 50/60db sound, i'd say around the 800/1000hz. So this isn't a low db highpitch noise that some people get from some hardware whine, this is much louder.
And i have no idea where it's comming from, except from the case.

Any ideas are welcome.

Two possibilities.

1. System generated sound , coming from a speaker in the system. have you connected a speaker to the front panel header to give beeps on post? Or check your motherboard if there is some on board speaker somewhere. I am not familiar with Sabertooth boards they have a lot of features i know. who knows if there is a on board speaker as well.

And the more likely one.
2. A Fan hitting High RPM and producing this noise because of friction when the system increases the FAN speed automatically. To confirm this, either use a software that can control fan speeds, like SpeedFan or something else that works on your system. and increase the speeds to max and see if you get the sound.

Or else if you do not find a software, at least for a case fan you can connect it directly to PSU to make it run at max speed and see if you get this sound. Try and comeback, interesting problem we will see what happends and try to solve it.

There is no speaker in the case, nor on the motherboard.
The case fans aren't connected to the motherboard, the case has a 3 level switch for 3 fans, 5v, 7v & 12v for speed adjustment, i usually keep it at 5v.
So they are connected to the psu, through the switch and not the motherboard.
The only fan which is connected to the motherboard is my noctua cpu cooler.

In the soundclip the computer is running at the same time, my phone was about 30cm from the computer. So it's running lownoise, i'd say under 25db.

Ok, so if this is what it looked like when the noise was coming, and you have replaced the CPU cooler with Noctua after that, has the noise stopped? CPU Heatsink Fan was being controlled by Mobo right, and if the noise has stopped then the 2nd theory fits the scene...

It hasn't, was just pointing out what was controlled by the motherboard. But, over that past 2 week i've heard about 4 times, it lasts about 4/5 sec, and then it's gone again.
