Each Motherboard has its own BIOS. BIOS is a piece of software that is stored on a ROM (permanent memory) inside a motherboard. It is not something that resides out of motherboard on your computer. so when you change your motherboard , the BIOS goes with IT. New motherboard will have its own bios.

To reset the BIOS to default settings , go to the BIOS in your motherboard and go the last page of BIOS, it will tell you a key for resetting the BIOS to default settings, just press that key and then press the Key for the option "Save Values and Exit" or something similar. Your BIOS will be reset to default values.

You do not need to buy a new motherboard for just resetting bios to default settings.
