Each video card needs to render every second frame.
This means having two 2Gb cards in SLI is memory wise the same as having a single 2Gb card (just able to render twice as many frames per second at the same resolution and detail settings).
Cards typically have to be identical to use in SLI.
At best the 2Gb + 4Gb cards would be the same as two 2Gb cards, but possibly wouldn't work at all.

You will have 2gb, and you will need to install the 4gb card in the primary PCI-e slot for it to work.

Also, make sure both your 770's have the same core count, or it won't work at all. Nvidia is a bit notorious for putting a different core count in the OEM version of the same model number.

For instance, the OEM gtx 660 has 1152 cores, but the retail version has 960....they do NOT work together in SLI.
  4. You will get the smallest of the two, which in your case is 2gb.
