let's see..

M12II-620 620W => excellent semi modular psu..
gtx 760 msi => good graphic card
asus m5a97 r2 or this Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0- havent decided => get the m5a97 r2 evo version..this one have 6+2 phase, better for overclocking than non evo which is only have 4+2 phase..
4 sticks 32 gb corsair vengeance 1600 or 1800mhz - those mobos support this ram? => get the 1833mhz version..slightly faster and fx8350 support this type of memory..
hyper evo => decent cooling for overclocking..
ssd 840 256 gb pro - if i dont need more space can i go without HDD? => 128gb ssd + 1tb hdd is better choice..
fx8350=> good processor..

and all parts you've listed is compatible..

Your cpu is almost certain to not run 4 8gb sticks at 1866. I suspect you'll end up having to downclock them to 1600, but that's not a big deal and its not hard. When (if) you do have to do so remember you can tighten down the timings and make up some of the difference. System looks pretty nice. I would never go without a HD unless you do ROUTINE backups of all data to a cloud... first step in all SSD repair is "wipe the drive" so either get a cloud backup or buy a 1tb drive, they are cheap anyway now.

but I've read asus m5a97 r2.0 mostly fails to overclock fx 8350, as it doesn't supply more power than 125w to the cpu. There are few posts on tom's if you don't believe me.

Is it worth to go with Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 then? I dont know about overclocking if i get something from that and if i will decide to do that. Bt its always nice if you decide and you can do that.

I have and asus m5a97 r2.0 and fx 8350. I've read enough times that this mobo can't overclock fx 8350. Power and that mobo reason have stopped me from trying some oc. If you wan't sli or crossfire or heavy oc your cpu and gpu the 99x is worth the price. I didn't wanted to do any of this so i decided to go with m5a97 and save some money. And in games if you oc your cpu (fx 8350) to 4.8 ghz you will merely get 12 or even less fps increase which i think is not worth the power consumption of fx 8350 as it draws almost the double power at 4.8 ghz.

well, evo version have 6+2 phase power..and it have much better overclock ability than r2 non evo..
r2 non evo only have 4+2 phase power.

Actually that's a asus feature if it's get too hot..
the vrm throtling it self so it can avoid vrm burn..

easy, put a small fan on top of vrm heatsink to make it cooler, it will fix it..
