Do i need to put in the processor while the motherboard is not put in to the case? And do i need to apply thermal grease on it when he is already socketed? And while im putting processor into the motherboard which is out of the case ,do I need to be still connected to computer case via anti static wrist band?

You do not need an anti-static wristband. Install the power supply first and connect the PSU to the wall socket with the PSU switch in the off position. This will connect the ground while keeping the hot AC line disconnected.

Install and secure the motherboard before installing the CPU. Then, apply the thermal paste.

I myself always put the CPU into the mobo when its out of the case.
Its a lot easier and better to apply the thermal compund when the CPU is in the mobo socket.
And its always good to wear an anti static band when working with computer parts.
