Can this computer that i'm getting play games at max?

Hello,
I was wondering im getting this computer will it be able to play games at max settings
Here are the components

CPU = Core 2 quad 2.66 ghz
GPU = Radeon HD 7750 1GB ddr5
Ram = 4 Gb of ddr2
Harddrive = 500 Gb
Also i play at 1360x768

Some games i want to play are:

Simcity 2013
Garry's Mod
Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide
Rust
Skyrim
Battlefield 4
Borderlands 1 and 2
and lastly DayZ

Some of the older games yes the newer games like BF4 and Dayz nope you would need to upgrade to a 8c AMD or Intel Core i7 4770k with like 8Gb of ram or more and upgrade to something higher than a GTX 2Gb+ 670 Nvidia..

VRAM: 3 GB


In short you will be able to play this game just fine, just not at max settings

Ok, what about the other games could they be max not including dayz and bf4
