Both of those Gigabyte Motherboards would be fine, the UD5H is newer than the other, therefore may contain some updates the other does not have.

For the PSU, If I were you, I would grab the Corsair RM850 instead of the TX650, why ? The RM series is fully modular (easier to manage), has an 80 plus gold certification instead of the 80 plus bronze (better efficiency), also If you plan to SLI the GTX770, that would make it doable, since the SLI would require your PSU to have at least 62 amps on the +12V, the RM850 would provide 70.8 Amps, while the TX650 would give you 54 Amps for it.

I would say that the 16 GB is fine, and would keep it in that way, it is a whole bunch of memory, but that will not make any harm to it, and depending on your usage it will go really well.

Besides what tiny voices said above, I would try to get the Samsung 840 Pro 256 Gb (since is one of the best available in the market and would also give you space for your OS, common applications, some games and some other software that you may use).

I know that the GTX 780 is one of the best deals there is out there, but the GTX 770 a this point has the best cost/value, and that should be enough for a good time before SLI'ng it becomes a reality to you.

Hope it helps!

Don't forget that the "recommended amount of amps" is ridiculously overestimated just like the wattage required.

402w is the MAX those cards can pull together both under 100% load. You can do the math any which way you want, but you will find that they will not come close to needing 62A. People on this website, experienced builders with years of knowledge SLI gtx780s on 750w supplys. Tons of people do it. Plain and simple a good quality 750w PSU is more than enough for two 770s easily.

It never pulled more than 450w from the wall under full load and gtx570 SLI uses MORE power than two gtx770s. A 570 used about 5 more watts than a 770 would under load.

I just said the recommended thing, as what we are doing here is recommending right ? You can build with a PSU that has a lower wattage ? Sure you can! But if you have tons of SSDs/HDDS, using all of the available USB ports, tons of fans and other things, that would make that go up as well... We can always make an estimative and go with something close to what would be the best for each case.

Also, note that those experienced builders know what can and what cannot be done under a 750W PSU, since the creator of this thread did not say anything on that matter, I have to assume that he does not know that, and is seeking counseling to get himself something solid that will not give him a hard time in a near future.
