well, actually all of it will work..
but let's see..

a motherboard with 3+1 phase without vrm sink , well, this is will make your overclocking result very limited..better to run at stock clock to avoid problem..

fx4300, for $20 more, you can get better cpu..fx 6300.
if you have more money left, well i suggest you to take that processor..

and ram is good..
