Best CPU cooling for my 4930k build

What would be the best cooler for the build below, 4930K.
Criteria:
1) Quietest
2) Smallest

I will be re-using a Lian-Li PC-K7 case, which has 185mm from the mb tray to the side wall. Using Noctua’s formula, subtracting 15mm for mb standoff and cpu height, that leaves 170 max for cooler height.

Mb will be Asus P9X79 LE, with 8 dimm slots.

Would a Noctua NH U12S be sufficient? I have never done overclocking but will want to try, but no more than 4.0ghz.

Or something else – but quiet?

Thank you.

I do CAD with Sketchup w/SU Podium rendering. Sketchup is single threaded; SU Podium is multi-threaded, so will use all cores available.

Cabinet Vision, a kitchen/bath/closet 2d/3d manufacturing software with files sent to CNC for routing/shaping. I have tested CV with an old 256k card, a Quadro 580 with 512k, and my current 650 TI boost with 2gb. The program does not respond to added GPU power; all the 3d photorealistic rendering is done in the cpu. (the graphics engine in this software leaves much to be desired)

AutoCAD 2d/some 3d/ more 3d soon -- I understand that Acad is also single threaded, but feel that putting a powerful processor behind a 3d project (several hundred molding profiles in extruded 3d for presentation) would be beneficial.

I know this processor is overkill for what I am doing, I just want to have some fun with a powerful machine for a change.

I need to drive 4 monitors -- 2 in my upstairs office; and 2 in the shop via dvi extender over Cat5e. The Geforce 650 Ti boost is the lowest GeForce that will do this. Since neither Sketchup nor Cabinet Vision have dedicated drivers available, a workstation card is a waste. And while AutoCAD does have special drivers they also are now Directx based not OpenGL, and a recent Tom's Hardware review showed that a general gaming card held up well against workstation cards for Acad.

So that's my reasoning -- thanks for your interest and please let me know if I am off base in any of the notes above.

What would you suggest for a single radiator water cooler that is as quiet as the Noctua's, etc.
Thanks.
